Problems
- When a hammer drill bit gets stuck in concrete or masonry, the tool can start twisting and injure the operator
- It requires different impact rate in drilling and chiseling, drilling works require high-frequency impacts converted from motor power for better efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drilling works are sometimes performed in hot and humid conditions, which would require better cooling performance, in order to prevent the motor from overheating damage.
Solutions
- The safety clutch used in the rotary hammer has been subjected to 20,000 time lifetime testing. It will shut down rotation when the drill bit gets stuck in concrete, thus ensuring operator safety.
